What is a dogman? Is he the person doing the calculations or is he the "rigger" as we would call it.
The amazing thing in my state of NY(each varies the rules)I need a crane certification to operate my crane. Yhe crane in the second video Boa posted I would not even though it is taller and has more lift capacity...The difference is mine has a winch line.
