Sounds like my kinda place.
Several years ago I picked up a digital night vision weapon scope w/ illuminator for my AR-15. That'd be good for your foxes Ekka.
Its good for coyotes up in the mountains here. Animal's eyes reflect the illuminator, and when you see them through the scope they look like glowing balls. Makes target aquisition a breeze.
A while ago a friend was going to sell me her Browning 45-70, then ended up giving it to me for xmas. Doesn't have ultra high muzzle velocity, in fact its more like lobbing rounds in with artillery.
But the mass makes up for it. It'll go out to a mile with a 550 grain bullet. Supposed to be good for rhino and elephant. I can't imagine what it'd do to something like a deer.
"well dangit, the deer was there a second ago....where'd it go? its gone..."
