Amazing, I wonder how much down tesion, if any the was on the saw. It looks like even if the inertia brake (chain brake) was working properly someone could get a pretty good tap with the bar. With a bar that length the mass coming back could strain musle, ligaments and joints.

Always know where the tip of the bar is. PLEASE!!! Like JayD said fatigue is probaby the most common cause of injuries.
