OK, I have both types (and I have run them on my 361 to boot). The Stihl ES bars are all hardened steel, the GB Pro Top bars have hardened steel and titanium tipped rails and titanium in the nose sprockets. Some smaller features are 45 degree oil galleys on the GB, and what I think are better ball bearings in the sprocket. I think that the GB bars are a tad lighter too. Both are solid bars, with replacable nose sprockets, with 3 rivets. I think that the GB bars are made to tighter tolerances, and with better methods. Hard to get that kind of information out of either company though, and their web sites do not go into much detail.
