Any suggestions on this one:-
Health and safety say "NO Ladders - Too Tall"
Health and safety say "NO Scaffold - No Tie in Points"
Health and safety say "NO MEWPS - Too close to busy road and fuel station"
This sucker has got to be climbed, just to clean up the lower limbs. No Big shot to get a line up there and definitely NO SPIKES.
Any Ideas on gettin up there.
