which only has the cases.
Sections 10 and 12 of the Act are especially relevant.
There have been a couple of interesting Tree Dispute Principles,
one especially Barker v Kyriakides.

Initially, I think most consulting arborists in Sydney were apprehensive about the new law, but I think most have been pleasantly surprised over the last year.
We will all have a better idea when it has been in operation for 5 years or so....

I don't mean to sound Sydney-centric, I realise there is rather more to NSW than just Sydney.
