The "Tree" definition Bankstown City Council (2005) is any specimen "more than 6 metres tall OR with a girth of 500mm or more when measured at its greatest width, OR more than 10m across in the crown".
Its obviously been missed out of the the attached document.

Always pays to check Council web-sites, or even ring them up first.

Many of the T.M.O.'s only come up as leaflets..but the actual policy documents are harder to find.
