As for saws, my MS361 is my favorite. Runs and runs and runs. Smooth, not hard to use, light enough to use all day and big enough to all the stuff we need to do here with a chainsaw. It will drive a 24 inch bar, though I usually run it with an 18 or 20 inch. Response is good, easy to maintain, and never breaks. I have had it pinched, dropped, tossed about in the back of the PU, in sub zero (F) weather, and it has yet to need any tuning other than blowing off the filter and adjusting the chains. I run good bars on it though, Stihl ES and GB Pro. And all Stihl chains, mostly RM for the crud we have to cut through and cut up around here.
