The New Edition 50cc 346xp will surely offer the 5100S some serious competition (we have both) - the 50cc 346xp is a very strong running saw with gobs of torque for the size, totally different from the screaming, but low torque, 45cc version.
Max rpm is 14100, as opposed to 14700 for the old 346 and 14500 for the 5100. It accellerates (responds) better than the 5100 though, is lighter, and handles better for limbing etc.
