As for Husky, I've had a premature breakdown with one too.
Both breakages were within one week to one month.
Right now I have 3 small / medium saws: An Echo, a Stihl and a Husky. All have a few years left in them.
After we get back to Portland, I would like to get a Husqvarna 3120 XP with a 24" to 32" bar, merely for cutting up fallen trees when I subcontract with another arborist who climbs.
Basically, the saw will just be a huge butterknife.
Heavier to lift, but more weight on each down-cut.
