Did a quote yesterday for a lady who has just bought a house where there is a coconut palm that we were servicing for the previous owner.They have done up some plans for an extention for the house and the palm is in the way.Now it is quite a nice healthy palm about 14m high in a congested area you know the thing neighbours garage and fence only 3-4 meters away 3 meters away from the patio from the house about 8 meters from the front fence.Tree bows towards neighbours garage and then back towards the owners house.Gave her a quote for us to use our 30m ewp and cut and lower in sections so there is no error.Wife then tells us that hubby is looking at dropping tree on the weekend with a ladder and chainsaw
.strongly advised her to talk hubby around but i havnt heard anything back yet.I think ill have to go around on saturday to see how it pans out with camera in hand for marketing purposes.My belief is that there will be a carnage factor of 10.
