Its always very hard getting owners to understand that what they want done to the tree on their property isn't the best thing for the tree or for them. We have all faced the same dilemma I'm sure.
We've done jobs after literally days of careful negotiation and explainations, only to drive past weeks later to see the lop job they wanted done from the outset done by someone else??? So they've paid twice!!! and had their tree wrecked
