Thanks Ekka for the new forum.
Me we keep about half our good timber for firewood. Split thru the year and sell in winter.
In sydney the prices are getting higher and higher for timber, so the later we leave it the better. You know things are getting scarse when the landscape suppliers start ringing you the first month into winter!!!
I dont mill but have lots of large logs I leave for "one day" just in case.
Hmmmmmm.... slabbing mill....
