Here you go...... Tell your dealer you have this mad desire to have a two-color saw, Red and Orange. Ask
"Are there any parts on the 357 and the 2156 that are interchangable?"

Maybe we can get one of the PDF gods here to post us the exploded parts diagrams for each of the saws. That would be a pretty good way to compare the two saws for genetical twinness.
