Our 14" bandit had to be reset when we first had it new. it seems that they must set the auto-feed lower for softer timber,l for hardwood chipping it must be set higher. How long did you have the carlton chipper for? How did you go with the after-sales service about these problems? It seems that no matter what you buy these days, there always seems to be teething problems with them. The back-up service is really what counts these days. |
