Re: So whadya get up to today. Took a boat ride up Indian Arm today to remove a dozen fir on the side of a granite slope/cliff. At the top of the rock wall, we were about 70 meters above the water. A few of the trees were in the 120cm+ diameter range and over 60 meters tall. Had a set of hydro lines as well as a framed house at the bottom near the water. One three meter piece made it all the way to the bottom (not near the house); it hit a cedar of about 60cm and blew half the base of the tree apart (rot). Wish I had the camera today.
