Roller, about bloody time, we haven't had a good yarn for yonks. I thought you was hibernating.
You know what I'd love to see Roller, some pics of a typical UK new development where they've put in a new estate and saved some existing trees. I'd like to see that tree preservation zone thing at work. We have no standard for it here and our local councils are way off track with their ideas. From what I have learned from UK experts is that you guys have a 1:10 trunk dia protection zone with zero canopy infringement onto buildings. So if you had a 1m DBH tree you'd have a 10m
radius Protection Zone.
I'd like to see that in action, if possible.
You've seen videos of what goes on here, friggin joke.
And yeah, I think the site looks OK, I'm sick of green, just coz it's a tree site doesn't mean it's gotta be green. This site is like Australia, down to earth colours.
