I use paint to make title sheets that fold away, flash program for when the logo flatlines and then a video editing program.
Software has audio view so I can see pulses and time it right, it's fiddly and time consuming. When the heartbeat overlays the music the beats are timed for 3 seconds.
That took perhaps 20 hours to make, I do offer web services, SEO services etc. This is a pet area of mine and to get the results I do I couldn't hire the help but rather had to learn, there's no real school for this, you get bits of info here and there and put it in practice.
