The same problems abound here in the USA. Illegals come in, work for next to nothing with no safety net except welfare if they get hurt on the job. Their status prevents them from demanding the standards that citizens demand. Laws should be written that require employers to cover all employees as they would citizens, or at least put those who hire illegals, in jail.
