Premier's water skills for sale | The Courier-Mail
It continually amazes me how this state tries to capitalize on it's errors.
Having a slogan of "Smart State" seems to fuel the thought. Now it's Smart Water, this government thinks it's doing such a great job that it plans selling the fiasco.
Recycling sewerage into dams and denying the public a vote, yes very smart.
Failing to plan infrastructure for the growing populous, also very smart.
Building new dams, wow, no-ones thought of that, very smart.
Interlinking dams with pipelines, gee whiz, revolutionary stuff.
Level 6 restrictions that no other place has seen, highly innovative.
Yep, must be some pretty smart people around here, real visionaries and democratic people.
Seems the only time this govt has done anything is when it hits crisis, that's for education, roads, ambulance, hospitals, water, electricity and remember when they went to Fraser Island mass shooting Dingo's. Well, on the latter one the rangers had only been saying for 10 years something had to be done but landed on deaf ears till some kid got killed by a dingo.
On the Energex blackouts it was discovered that the govt directly asked them to forfeit expansion and maintenance and hand over $30 million to their coffers.
Talk about damned delusional. Now they will start on the new Hales street bridge, at the same time they are doing the tunnel on the SE freeway and the new Gateway so in effect very shortly the city will be cut in two with long term major roadworks on every high traffic motorway/arterial. Real smart.
The other day the gateway was a carpark at 5.45am.
At 9.45am riverside expressway a carpark, it's the norm around the place.
So I wonder if they'll also be consultants for transport and road logistics etc.
Pull ya heads in you stupid politicians, you couldn't plan a piss up in a brewery!
