Start with pulling the bar and chain off, make sure it's oiling when running without bar and chain ... you should see oil coming out of a little hole.

Also, old oil can get a little hard with sawdust etc, I spay WD40 or Inox thru the little tube down the hole.

In the oil tank is also a filter, get a bit of wire and hook it out and check it out. Rinse out the tank with some fuel just to get it clean.

If all that fails then the pump is likely stuffed, should be pretty easy to get to is, will be in the same side as the drive chain sprocket usually ... but you'll still need parts.

Palms corrode alloy parts, if you have been cutting palms then it could be corroded etc.
