John, na its not that it might pull the straps out is just with a saw it feels like its pulling the harness off you...
Pros
Massive amount of movement
Comfortability, when you get it adjusted right
Adjustability, even center of balance
Variation of set up, with gear loops, bridge length
Variation of attachment points
Cons
Not soo good with a saw hanging off the back but ok on the side
Price but i dont think that should be an issue!
